Toklat's Topaz, "Topaz"
ABC 2712, foaled 1999

Grey Mare. 14.2 hands tall. After coming to us in Feb. 09
we discovered that due to an old injury in her hind leg
she was unrideable.  Sweet and friendly she gets by fine as a
pasture buddy and broodmare.  We had planned to rehome her
this Spring, however it fell through.  Now bred to Storm Warning for a 2011 foal, we will
offer her again for rehome this year after the baby is weaned. Out of Sniker Bar ABC
1319 by the gorgeous stallion Toklat ABC 1168 she has excellent foundation breeding.

Black Gaited Mare. 15 hands tall.  Big, well built mare,
she is the mother of our gaited filly.  Solid black with one blue eye
and a long thick spiral mane and tail that does not shed, she is
indeed a beauty.  Exceptionally sweet natured she will follow you
around the pasture looking for attention.  With her smooth foxtrot
gait she is a joy to ride.  Well trained to saddle she has been
successful in the show ring as well and has done multiple demos, parades, trail and ranch
work.  And now she has proven she is a great mom as well. Foundation bred out of Angel's
Lady,ABC 1451 by Tatanka ABC 1927 she is a full sister to our other mare Red Sky Dawning.

Mead's Judith,
ABC 2347, foaled 1997.

Bay Mare.  14 hands tall.  An amazingly pretty mare with a
gorgeous thick mane and tail and moderate curly coat.  Judith
spent the majority  of her life as just a "wild horse"on
Joe Mead's ranch.  Because of this, she is extremely shy of
humans and we have elected,at this age, just to leave her a broodmare.  She is
however, now halter trained and getting braver, even willing to
take a treat!  We have decided to keep her as she consistently puts a wonderful
disposition on her foals.  They are smart, willing and super friendly. Out of Deborah M,
ABC 754 by the Yellow Hornet, ABC 878 she is foundation bred.
Now in foal to WW Peter Lakota for a 2011 foal!

Palomino Mare. 15.1 hands tall.  We figured with all the
cowboy sports in this part of the country perhaps it was time
to infuse a bit of Quarter Horse blood into our lines!  Long and
tall she brings a very different look to our herd.  Quiet and easy
to handle, she was originally trained in  Hunt, but now goes Western as well.  We hope to
have her competing this year and to get some big-butte babies from her!  If not sold, she
will be bred to Peter Lakota for a 2012 foal.  Out of
